hello england!

im a camerastudent from germany and i stumbled across this cool website just now. we are planning on shooting a vodaphone commercial in manchester for two days, propably in the second or third week of july (its part of a competition launched by vodaphone-germany at our filmschool).

problem is, we dont know anyone from manchester who is into filmmaking and as far as we know there is no filmschool there.. but we are desperately looking for people who are interested in helping us!

since we dont have the money to fly in a large number of teammembers, it will propably be just me, the director, my gaffer and maybe my focus puller..

so basically we are looking for everything from a 1st AD, clapperloader, setrunner to electrician, makeup-artist or simply helpinghands.. no professionals, but a bit of beforehand set-experience would be good of course.

if anyone is interested and happens to be from around manchester give me a shout, im looking forward to it!
and if anyone has a hint as to where else i can post this (any other interesting uk-sites) i would be grateful as well!

kind regards from germania!
stefan
